The structured and dynamic business process that Goldfish Swim School uses is customer relationship management. The structured aspect of customer relationship management is the iClassPro software used for scheduling, registration, and POS system. The dynamic process for customer relationship management is the social media information systems that Goldfish uses which is Instagram and Snapchat to connect with potential customers and to encourage interaction between customers. The information system used for cloud computing to support customer relationship management is Salesforce. Scorpion, a database information system is used as a platform for brand awareness, marketing, and customer website visits into the salesforce, a shared information system used for sales and the company contacts salesforce for more information which moves to iClassPro for registration or for membership.Information Systems Supporting The Process

Hardware
The hardware used are three different Dell Desktop computers at the Front Desk.Software
The software used is iClassPro, a class management software, used for scheduling and sales, registration, attendance, makeup-classes, and customer profile.
Some of the equipments used by Goldfish Swim School are training equipment or gear for swimming lessons.

Data
Upon registration of new applicants, GSS collects new student information on paper applications, requiring name, age, availability, and other important information. That information is then placed into a database. Goldfish relies on the database to sort, and easily access data collected from each student admitted into the school. Databases Used

The database information system used by Goldfish Swim School is Scorpion, which connects to the POS system for sales and collects data on the frequency of customer website visits. Although Parent Portal and iClass Pro are software used they also act as databases to store various information.
People
Goldfish Swim School has brought over 2000 instructors nationwide willing to train young and eager swimmers. They have dedicated over 80,000 hours to safeguarding and teaching essential life lessons to the children they enroll. Because of the employees, managers, and help of the parents, GSS has created a home of over 135,000 safe swimmers a week!
But like any school, the children are what make up the business. Without the children to teach, Goldfish would be obsolete in achieving it's strategic goals.
